nowadays i tend to get petty quite quick then the very next second my mood changes

i'll be llike swearing constantly and talking to myself if i get frustrated
during tution i couldnt do some sums and i got irratated quite fast
my mind would be racing with vulgar and i cant concentrate
and i tend to swear at people too much too
and i frown too much..
